Short Breaks
For a review of your package, please ring the Short Breaks team on 0161 219 2125 anytime between 10am and 2pm Monday - Friday. A member of the team will try their best to complete the review with you over the phone there and then (please allow approx 20 - 30 mins per child). If they cannot, they will take your details and arrange another date.
For a NEW Short Breaks referral, you can self-refer by calling the Contact Centre on 0161 234 5001 and requesting a 'Short Breaks respite assessment'.
